Official Rules: Egg Club Win a PlayStation®5 Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of Ontario and Alberta who are the age of majority in their province of residence. The Contest runs from November 4, 2026 to November 25, 2026. Correct answer to a mathematical skill-testing question required to win. Sony Interactive Entertainment, Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive are not sponsors of, and are not associated with, this Contest. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
1. Sponsor
The Contest is run by Egg Club Inc., 171 Marycroft Ave, Woodbridge, ON L4L 5Y3 (the “Sponsor”). These Official Rules (the “Rules”) apply to all entrants. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario and Alberta who are the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. The following people are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, franchisees, owners and staff of the Sponsor and of any Egg Club location; employees of the Sponsor’s advertising, promotion and survey agencies, including Tattle; and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, spouse or partner) or household of any of these people.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 25, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Contest.
4. Participating Locations
The Contest runs at the following ten (10) Egg Club locations (the “Participating Locations”): Dundas, Wellesley, North York, Union Station (Toronto); Square One (Mississauga); Waterloo; Ottawa; Downtown Calgary; Macleod Trail (Calgary); and Edmonton Downtown.
5. How to Enter: In-Store Entry
- During the Contest Period, purchase any sandwich at a Participating Location, excluding the PB&J and Classic sandwiches (a “Qualifying Purchase”).
- Scan the QR code printed on your receipt. This opens the Egg Club guest survey, hosted by Tattle on the Sponsor’s behalf.
- Answer every question in the survey.
- Upload a clear photo of your receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, the store and the date.
- Submit. Once a complete survey with a receipt photo is received, you earn one (1) entry.
Only fully completed surveys with a receipt photo count as entries. The receipt must be dated within the Contest Period. Each receipt can be used for one (1) entry only.
6. How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary
To enter without a purchase, hand-print your first and last name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and date of birth on a plain piece of paper, along with an original, handwritten statement of at least fifty (50) words on the topic “My perfect breakfast sandwich.” Mail it, with sufficient postage, in a sealed envelope to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received by November 25, 2026. Each eligible mailed request earns one (1) entry, with exactly the same chance of winning as an in-store entry. Each request must be mailed in a separate envelope, and no more than one (1) mailed request per person will be accepted for each day of the Contest Period. Mechanically reproduced, copied, incomplete or machine-generated requests are void. In-store and mailed entries are entered into the same draw.
7. Entry Limits
In-store entries are limited to one (1) entry per device every twenty-four (24) hours. Mailed entries are limited as set out in Section 6. There is no limit on total entries per person across the Contest Period, provided each entry is made separately under these Rules. Entries made through scripts, bots or any automated means, or by using several devices or identities to get around these limits, are void. Any person found to have tampered with the entry process may be disqualified, along with all of their entries.
8. Entry Verification
Every receipt photo will be reviewed. An entry is void if the receipt is a duplicate of one already used, is dated outside the Contest Period, does not show a Qualifying Purchase, or has been altered. If a receipt photo is hard to read, the Sponsor may contact the entrant and ask for a clearer image or the original receipt before deciding whether the entry is valid. Keep your original receipts until the winners are announced. The Sponsor may ask any selected entrant to produce the original receipt, and may disqualify an entrant who cannot.
9. Prizes
Twenty-four (24) prizes are available, with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $5,469.98 CAD:

10. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period, from both in-store and mailed entries.
11. Draw
On November 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET, at 171 Marycroft Ave, Woodbridge, Ontario, the Sponsor will draw entries at random from all eligible entries received. The first two (2) eligible entrants drawn will each be selected for a Grand Prize. The next five (5) will each be selected for a $100 gift card, the next seven (7) for a $50 gift card, and the next ten (10) for a $20 gift card. If an entrant who has already been selected is drawn again, that entry will be set aside and another drawn.
12. Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without help of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by telephone, email or another method chosen by the Sponsor.
13. Winner Notification and Confirmation
The Sponsor will try to contact each selected entrant by telephone or email, using the contact details provided at entry, within two (2) business days of the draw. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days after the first attempt, or does not meet any requirement in these Rules, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be drawn.
Each selected entrant must also sign and return, within seven (7) days, a declaration and release confirming they have followed these Rules, accept the prize, and release the Sponsor as described in Section 16. Prizes will be available for pickup at a Participating Location, or delivered by a method the Sponsor chooses, within thirty (30) days after the winner is confirmed.
14. Prize Conditions
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Gift cards are subject to the standard Egg Club gift card terms and can be redeemed at any Participating Location. The PlayStation®5 is covered only by its manufacturer’s warranty, and the video game only by its publisher’s terms. The ARV of each Grand Prize includes the video game. If Grand Theft Auto VI has not been released or is not available when a Grand Prize is delivered, the Sponsor will send it to the winner once it is available or, at the Sponsor’s option, substitute a video game or gift card of equal or greater retail value. If a prize cannot be awarded as described for reasons outside the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. Any difference between the ARV stated in these Rules and the actual value of a prize will not be paid. If, because of a printing, technical or other error, more prizes are claimed than are listed in Section 9, the Sponsor may hold a random draw among all eligible claimants to award the correct number of prizes. In no case will the Sponsor award more prizes than are listed in Section 9.
15. Privacy and Publicity
Personal information collected through this Contest is used to run the Contest, verify entries, and contact and confirm winners. It is handled in line with the Sponsor’s privacy policy at eggclub.ca/privacy-policy. Survey responses are collected through Tattle on the Sponsor’s behalf. Survey and entry data may be stored on servers outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those countries.
Personal information is not used for marketing unless the entrant separately agrees. Entrants will receive commercial emails or texts from the Sponsor only if they give separate, express consent, and they can withdraw that consent at any time.
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that the Sponsor may publish their first name, last initial, city and Participating Location in Contest announcements, without further payment.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor, its franchisees, Tattle, and their respective agencies, employees and representatives from any liability for loss, injury or damage arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or unreadable entries; for failures of the QR code, survey platform, internet or any device; or for errors in the printing or administration of the Contest.
17. General
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change the Contest, with the approval of any regulatory authority where required, if fraud, technical failure or anything else affects its integrity. Any change will be posted at eggclub.ca/ps5contest. If the Contest is cancelled, prizes may be awarded by random draw among eligible entries received before cancellation.
This Contest is governed by the laws of the province where the entrant lives (Ontario or Alberta) and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If the English text of these Rules conflicts with any advertising or translated version, these Rules prevail. All decisions of the Sponsor on any matter relating to this Contest, including the validity of entries and the selection of winners, are final and binding. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
