It all started on a sunny-side-up morning in Toronto, June 2018. Jason sat down for breakfast and couldn’t help but ask,
“Why isn’t there anything better than the same old breakfast from the big chains?”
He shared that thought with his co-workers Tim and Jun, and together they set out to reimagine what breakfast could be — fresh, thoughtful, and made with care.
Instead of pre-assembled sandwiches sitting under a warmer, Egg Club serves made-to-order egg sandwiches, crafted fresh from soft Japanese milk bread, folded eggs, and house-made sauces.
Their goal wasn’t just to serve breakfast — it was to create a daily ritual people could look forward to — that comfort food you can have every day.
